What we collect

When you join the Saathya Health early-access waitlist, we collect only:

Required: your full name and your email address.

Optional, only if you choose to share them: your phone number, who you are joining for (for example, yourself or a family member), and your city or region.

We do not ask for, and do not want to receive, any medical or health information through this website. Please do not send us medical records, prescriptions, diagnoses, symptoms or any other health information through the waitlist or any other part of this site. The waitlist is not an emergency or clinical-contact channel.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to register your early-access interest in Saathya Health, to contact you about Saathya Health early access, to share relevant pre-launch or enrolment information, and to understand broad geographical interest where you voluntarily supply your city or region.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles or unrelated marketing.

How your information is processed and stored

The waitlist form sends your details to this website's own server, which validates the submission and applies abuse checks. A dedicated Google Apps Script bridge then submits the accepted details to the existing Saathya Health Google Form, and Google Forms stores the waitlist response. Google Forms and Google Apps Script are services provided by Google.

Your browser talks only to this website's server. It does not receive the Apps Script address or the shared secret that protects the connection, and it does not contact Google directly.

If the server or the Google integration does not confirm that your response was stored, the website shows an error instead of pretending the response was registered.

The waitlist counter

The waitlist page may display the total number of responses stored in the Google Form. This is only an aggregate number — it does not expose names, email addresses, phone numbers, cities or anyone's individual answers.

The count is read directly from the Google Form and is not seeded, increased by an offset or otherwise fabricated. If the count cannot be loaded, the number is simply not shown.

The counter is only a count of waitlist responses. It is not a number of patients, customers or programme enrolments, and it does not represent eligibility.

How we protect it

The Apps Script address and shared secret are kept on the server and are never sent to your browser. Submissions are validated on the server, and a request-size limit, a honeypot and a rate limiter help protect the waitlist from abuse.

For a valid submission that passes these validation and abuse checks, registration success is shown only after the Google integration confirms that the response was stored.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information for no longer than 12 months from the date you submit it.

If you ask us to delete your details or withdraw from the waitlist earlier, we will remove your information earlier.

What we do not do

We do not collect medical or health information through this website, and we have not introduced any health-data collection.

We do not use your information for advertising profiles, and we have not introduced advertising profiling.

This website does not currently use analytics or tracking cookies, and we do not claim otherwise.

Joining does not create a doctor-patient relationship

Joining the waitlist is an expression of interest only. It does not create a doctor-patient relationship, it does not amount to a medical consultation, and it does not guarantee eligibility for the programme, a consultation, a prescription or treatment.

If you need medical help now, please consult a qualified doctor or local emergency services. This website cannot respond to medical emergencies.

Your choices and contact

Saathya Health is a pre-launch brand based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

For access questions, corrections, deletion, withdrawal from the waitlist, or any privacy question, email us at the address below and we will action your request within a reasonable period.

Pre-launch status

The early-access waitlist is connected and stores responses through Google Forms, but the Saathya Health care programme, consultations, prescriptions and treatment services are still pre-launch and are not operational.

This policy may change as the programme is finalised. If it changes materially, the updated version will be published on this page.
